Tom Wolfe's Autobiography for the Wolfe Workout Planner

Wolfe Workout Planner Tom Wolfe Autobiography
In this week's blog I would like to tell you a little bit about my experience so that you may better understand why I am writing this blog and planner and why I have such a passion for the human performance and fitness industry. I have my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Tarleton State University (Stephenville, TX). I will also be graduating with my Masters Degree in Kinesiology from Tarleton State in December 2016. I hold multiple certifications consisting of, Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Specialist in Sports Nutrition through the International Sport Sciences Association, and Certified Performance Specialist through EXOS. I currently have four years of experience working with athletes of all ages.
I had the opportunity to work in the team atmosphere on multiple occasions. The first opportunity was working with EXOS (formerly known as Athlete's Performance) at the Los Angeles, C.A. location. With EXOS I worked with professional athletes in the MLB, NFL, MLS, NBA, NHL, PGA, and the LPGA. My job responsibilities consisted of coaching athletes through individualized specific training programs, providing nutritional advice, while bringing a positive attitude to the training environment.
Another opportunity to work in the team atmosphere was with the L.A. Galaxy. I was responsible for training the team in the weight room, and on the pitch before and after practices. I also have the experience working with collegiate and high school athletes.
My most recent experience at the NCAA setting is in the Tarleton State athletic weight room. I am currently a graduate strength and conditioning coach in the weight room where I have had the opportunity to work with numerous athletes. I have worked with sports such as football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, track and field, tennis, golf and cheerleading. All of these experiences have helped me to become a well rounded Strength and Conditioning Professional.
I also have experience teaching the strength and conditioning curriculum at the University level. I taught numerous classes at Tarleton State University serving as a graduate assistant. I am also the head graduate assistant of the Kinetic Performance Lab. In this lab I am responsible for conducting performance-training sessions, personal training session, group training session, monitoring the facility, and initially selecting desired equipment designing the laboratory.
Throughout all of my life experiences I have found my passion in life and that is to help others through physical fitness. I want to help you and every individual to reach their full potential. Through this planner I plan to help you accomplish your fitness goals and prepare you for all of your life’s challenges.

Sincerely your Coach,

Tom Wolfe
