Going the Distance

These days, my training regime has changed drastically. Around four months ago, I underwent hip surgery; within 3 months I was cleared to workout but I lost motivation to get back into the gym like I was pre-surgery. I used to be about power, speed, and agility; however, these days I find myself training for a half marathon. Running gives me the motivation I need every day to get into great shape and keep a clear mind. Running distance gives me the freedom I need; just give me a pair of running shoes and music and I’ll see you later on..
