Giving 100% at all times


Having a fitness routine clears my mind and simply makes me feel better with myself. I try to get in the weight room at least 4 days a week. I go as hard as my body lets me for 40 to 60 minutes, focusing on heavy weight multiple-joint type of exercises such as squat, power lift, dead lift, and kettlebells. I truly believe that these types of exercises help me carry out my daily life activities more efficiently because my entire body is functionally stressed. I also enjoy my fitness routine because it does not only make me stronger and keeps me healthy but also is a challenge to push myself a little further every day.
