My Personal Fitness Routine


     My personal routine has changed recently from high to low impact training. My workouts are dynamic and flexible due to professional and family time constraints. I pursue a 30 minute workout, 5 days per week at  high intensity - 80% spent on aerobic exercise (biking, running, swimming) and 20% anaerobic (resistance training). I enjoy the recreation center atmosphere, outdoors, and local school weight room/track. When unable to access a facility, I find myself active outdoors at a high intensity for 3-4 hours. My ultimate goal is lifetime physical fitness.
