For people wanting to lose weight, or simply become more fit, it is suggested that we need to incorporate about 60-minutes of cardio into our workouts 3-5 days a week. Zumba programs include Zumba Gold (for older members), Zumba Tone, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Circuit, and Zumba-tonic (for children). These simple, high energy classes will allow participants to quickly dance away the pounds while having fun!
