Stairway to a Healthy Life


My fitness routine is quite simple, because of my busy schedule my workouts normally do not last more than an hour and a half. Twice a week I power lift to gain muscle mass and work on getting leaner. These exercises include power cleans, core exercises, squats, hang cleans, and etc. On top of lifting I run 2-3 miles, three times a week to get a good cardiovascular workout in. Since beginning this workout regime, I have noticed that I am more energetic throughout the day and tend to be in a better mood.
