My personal fitness routine is really not too complicated because
I have a high metabolism so it is more challenging to gain weight than it is to
lose weight. To sum up my routine, it is a one hour session that consists of first
stretching and then an upper body workout followed by some kind of lower body
workout. At the end of those two segments the workout ends with a 20 minute jog
on the treadmill.
