Another great thing about cycling is that it is easy to change the difficulty of your ride when needed by choosing appropriate terrain and gears if your bike has different speeds.

Cycling is a great exercise that anyone of any age can enjoy and many accommodations such as training wheels and three wheeled bicycles have been created to help those that need a little extra help keeping upright on a bicycle.  So, whatever your age or ability get a bike and get riding.
