I work out five days a week,
30-45 minutes each day. Three days a week I focus on cardio (walking, biking,
jogging). The other two days I focus on strength training (see example work out
below).
During athletics I work with the
students on my abdominal muscles by doing crunches, planks, and push-up abs. Most
days I get in a good bicep and triceps workout by throwing and hitting to the
softball team.
As a teacher and coach finding
time to work out is difficult but crucial in order to be at my very best physically
and mentally.
