My fitness routine consist of focusing on maintenance exercises.
As an athletic trainer, I have to be stay in healthy and able to conduct my job.
My fitness routine starts with a 10 minute warm up on either a bike or treadmill.
I then continue into 100 squats, without breaks, then 50 front and side leg
kicks, which are done in 2 sets of 25. I then continue into core exercises, 4
sets of 25 bicycle crunches, mountain climbers, or jackknifes with ball. Finishing
with arm exercises consisting of 3 sets of 10 of chair dips, arm flexion,
extension, abduction, and adduction.
